Sizing
What measures to take?
In order to define the size of men’s or women’s clothes you need , first of all you need to measure three main parameters:
- Chest girth (should be measured horizontally via the most protrusive parts of the chest)
- Waist girth. The line comes along the narrowest circle of the figure around the torso, approximately on the navel level or 1-2 centimeters higher.
- Femur girth (should be measured horizontally in the widest part of the femur via the most protrusive parts of the buttocks).

Main measurements
1. Chest girth
2. Waist girth
3. Femur girth
|
While doing the measuring, please remember:
- the centimeter line should tightly adjoin the body, but should not be very tightened or loosened.;
- while sizing horizontal measures the line should be strictly in parallel to the floor, and for vertical – perpendicular;
- please control the line not to twist during the measuring;
- the measures are taken in your natural posture, standing with hand down (try not to stretch, protrude or strain any part of your body);
- it is better to take measures on the exhalation, in tight-fitting clothes or in underwear;
- for women, it is recommended to put on the brassiere, which you usually wear.
